First impressions count. How your business is perceived is naturally influenced by the appearance of your premises, both by the people who work there every day and by potential clients visiting your site.
Whether you manage a children’s nursery, factory, hotel or office block, well-maintained outdoor spaces can help create a workplace employees feel proud of, supporting staff satisfaction and retention.
For visiting clients, tidy grounds, well-kept green spaces and clean, orderly car park areas immediately create the right impression. They show that your business is organised, professional and committed to maintaining high standards in everything it does.
Our bespoke commercial grounds maintenance covers the full scope of ongoing care, delivered through a structured programme tailored to your site.
Every site is different, but the expectations remain the same: consistency, reliability, and a space that always feels looked after.
We cover everything from mowing lawns, cutting hedges, litter picking and even applying rock salt in the Winter.
Regular mowing, edging, feeding, and seasonal treatments to keep lawns healthy, even, and consistently well-presented.
Routine cutting and shaping to maintain structure, define boundaries, and keep planting clean and well-kept.
Ongoing weeding and bed maintenance to keep outdoor spaces clean, well-presented, and in harmony with their surrounding landscape.
Leaf removal, bed maintenance, and general upkeep to prevent build-up and keep sites consistently presentable.
Maintenance of paths, edges, and surrounding areas to ensure surfaces remain clean, safe, and well-managed.
Adapting works throughout the year to ensure sites remain tidy, safe, and visually consistent in all conditions.
Some work naturally sits within an ongoing maintenance programme. Other tasks are better handled as one-off visits. Whilst most commercial clients have fortnightly visits during the growing season, visits are conducted as required during the Winter months. The annual cost is transparent and broken into 12 equal monthly payments.
We have a range of other services, all of which are quoted as a separate service to your regular maintenance.
We take a few details about your site, how it’s used, and what matters most day to day.
Where needed, we review the space to understand layout, access, and what ongoing care will involve.
A structured maintenance plan is put in place, and everything begins running as it should.
From that point on, it’s simply managed by our professional gardeners and landscapers.
Scheduled maintenance keeps everything on track, avoiding gaps, reactive work, or inconsistency.
Work evolves naturally throughout the year, responding to growth, conditions, and how the space is used.
Each visit meets a defined level of finish, so the space always feels as it should.
Handled by a team who knows the site, allowing decisions to be made quickly and with context.
“It’s about everything working together, so the space continues to feel exactly as it should. It’s simply taken care of.”
It depends on how the site is used and the standard you need to maintain.
High-visibility locations — such as business parks, managed developments, and client-facing premises — typically require weekly or fortnightly visits during the growing season, with adjusted schedules through autumn and winter.
Lower-footfall sites can be maintained less frequently but still benefit from a structured schedule to prevent the space from slipping between visits.
Most contracts are built around a core set of services:
Additional services — such as tree works, drainage checks, or specialist treatments — are typically added based on site requirements.
Yes. Commercial maintenance is rarely one-size-fits-all.
We structure programmes based on:
The aim is to maintain consistency across the site without over-servicing areas that don’t need it.
Larger sites often fail when different areas are maintained at different standards or intervals.
We treat the site as a whole — aligning maintenance across all zones so nothing falls behind or moves ahead of the rest. This avoids the “one area looks fine, another doesn’t” issue that’s common on multi-use sites.
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled to avoid disruption.
This can include:
The goal is to maintain the space without interrupting how it’s used.
It’s picked up as part of the ongoing maintenance programme.
Rather than allowing issues to build into larger corrective work, we address them early — bringing areas back into line before they affect the overall presentation of the site.
In most cases, we can begin within 1–2 weeks, depending on site size and current workload.
Initial site assessments and quotations are carried out first to ensure the programme is structured correctly from the outset.
Pricing is based on a combination of:
We provide clear, structured pricing so you know exactly what’s included — with no hidden additions.
