At Blue Iris Landscapes, our business covers a wide range of clientele with varying needs and requirements. This means that our prices can vary quite significantly. As such, it is essential that we visit the garden to assess the work involved before we provide you with an accurate quote.

Maintenance work:

In general, the gardening services we provide for our regular garden maintenance customers range from £180 per visit (minimum charge) to around £960 per week. This equates to £35/hr. per team member. We find that this minimum charge is required due to the standard we like to work to. For example, even a small garden by the time the lawn has been cut and edged, borders weeded and hoed, hedges cut and shrubs pruned as per their individual requirements this can easily take up to two team member hours.

We carry out regular maintenance on a weekly or fortnightly basis, this ensures your garden always looks in great condition. You will be assigned a team of gardeners who will come to your property each visit. This will be dependent on illness and annual leave. By having the same team every visit, they will know your gardens individual requirements and be able to ensure it is kept to the best standard all year around.

We also offer one-off garden tidy-ups, where our minimum charge is £294. To make your garden visually aesthetically pleasing this takes skill, the right tools and time.

Landscaping projects:

Landscape gardening is a far more complex process and the cost can vary depending upon your requirements. We have completed a range of different landscaping projects that varied in price from £2,000 to £80,000. If you are unsure on how to design your garden, we additionally offer a Landscape Design service.

Our professional in-house design team can work with you to transform your requirements and aspirations into a virtual garden. Our bespoke Landscape Design Service starts from £900 + VAT.

Our landscape design package includes:

• A site survey at your residence with our surveyor

• Up to a 1 hour design meeting in your garden with a landscape designer

• 3D CAD visualisation

• A design meeting at our office or online to present the design to you, working with you to ensure the design is exactly as you would like.

• A complimentary, no-obligation quotation for the completion of the works.

You will receive both a physical and digital copy of your landscape design package.

We always carry out all our garden services, be they on a large or small scale, to the highest of standards. This is testified to by the fact that 80% of the garden maintenance and landscaping work we carry out is either repeat work or is from referrals.

Payment Terms:

For any work we complete, payment is due on receipt of the invoice. For landscaping projects, we require a deposit of 20% before the work starts and then further payments as the work is being completed, the payment schedule is specified in the quote. Alternatively, if you would like to take advantage of a 2.5% discount, pay the full balance before the work is due to start. For all maintenance works, there will also be a 20% deposit and then the remaining balance is due once the work is completed.
