For this project, our customer was a medium sized chain of care homes, providing residential care to the elderly and infirm.

This customer originally approached us enquiring about our maintenance services for a new care home that they were opening in the local area. We cleared a flower bed at the front of the property and completed a planting scheme before beginning regular maintenance of their grassy areas, as well as their trees and shrubs.

Knowing our expertise, they asked us to complete a tree survey which they arrange annually to ensure that their grounds are safe on behalf of their residents. This was commissioned through our sister company, ProHort.

Our surveyor was already familiar with the grounds and the company’s requirements, having visited the site on several occasions previously. The tree survey was produced promptly, and any issues identified were passed on to the Blue Iris Client Manager and were addressed with the customer.
